GOODYEAR STORMWELT WELTED
Like most of our collection, the Anduze model is made with goodyear welted, an assembly which guarantees a longevity to the shoe and the possibility, once worn, of re-sole it.
AN EXCEPTIONAL LEATHER
The Waxy Commander from the Stead Tannery, an English company located in the Northampton region that has been supplying the most famous shoe manufacturers since 1890. This rough leather, also known as rough-out suede, has a raw aspect that makes each pair unique and that will naturally develop a patina over time. Particularly resistant and robust, it has natural waterproofing properties.
WIDE LAST THE 237
How to combine the generosity of large lasts with the elegance of more slender ones? The answer is last 235. It is a rather wide fit in EE, but which is slightly refined at the end of the shoe to give it this very unique line. The hard end is slightly muffled.
GOODYEAR STORMWELT WELTED CONSTRUCTION
This sewn consists of two separate seams connected by the welt: 1. the Goodyear seam on the inside, which you cannot see, and 2. The small stitch seam which you can see in the photo opposite. Small peculiarity, we opted for a bead welt or Stormwelt assembly for more waterproofness.
