Refund policy

If you're not satisfied with the product, get a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

* Not applicable to Custom Orders

* Not applicable on Duffle Bags

* Not applicable on orders shipped outside India.

* Not applicable on Seconds, i.e. Once an order is replaced or exchanged, it cannot be exchanged/ replaced/ returned again. 

* All purchases made using discount codes or offers, will only be applicable for exchange and replacements.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. A refund can be processed only after the product is received back at our concerned warehouse. 

Suede items are only eligible for replacements as Suede is prone to catching dust in Indian climate.
